One system, plans that scale

Start on Basic and step up to Connect, Ultimate or a custom Enterprise plan as you grow — the same integrated system throughout, from invoicing to full accounting and POS.

  • Bilingual Arabic/English invoices with real right-to-left layout
  • A 5% UAE VAT engine applied per line and recomputed on the server
  • Full accounting — double-entry journal, bank import, expenses, reports
  • Inventory & product catalogue that moves as you invoice
  • Point of sale, customers and a shareable customer portal
  • Recurring billing, multi-currency and 18 report sections

Built for real businesses

Totals are recomputed on the server — a browser or a till cannot assert its own tax figures. Every company you run is isolated at the database level, with its own trade licence, currency, numbering and branding. Switching between them is one click.

Invoicing & 5% VAT

Bilingual quotes, invoices, credit and debit notes, with the 5% UAE VAT engine handling standard, zero-rated, exempt, out-of-scope and reverse charge per line.

Full accounting & reports

A double-entry journal, chart of accounts, bank statement import with automatic matching, expenses and 18 report sections — invoices post to the ledger automatically.

Inventory & POS

A product catalogue and stock that moves as you invoice, plus an API your till posts sales to — with a per-device key, server-side VAT, and retry-safe handling so a sale is never rung up twice.

One account, both jurisdictions

Groups operating on both sides of the border run each entity as its own company inside one login — its own trade licence or CR, its own VAT rate, its own currency, its own numbering and its own branding. Switching between them is one click, and the data is separated at the database level, not just in the interface.

Worth knowing before you plan around it: reporting is per company. A single consolidated view across several companies is not available yet.

UAE questions

What does Navira do for a UAE business today?

Everything you need to run the business, in one plan: bilingual invoicing, a 5% VAT engine across all categories, full double-entry accounting with bank import and expenses, inventory, customers, point of sale, recurring billing, and 18 report sections — for every company you run.

Can I run more than one company?

Yes. Each entity is its own company inside one login — its own trade licence, VAT rate, currency, numbering and branding, isolated at the database level. Switching between them is one click. Reporting is per company; a consolidated cross-company view is not available yet.

Can I use Navira for my UAE business right now?

Yes — as your full invoicing and accounting system: 5% VAT across all categories including reverse charge, bilingual invoices, a customer portal, inventory and point of sale. Your VAT figures export for your accountant; automated VAT 201 preparation is not part of the UAE plans today.

Is Navira accredited for UAE e-invoicing under the FTA's Peppol mandate?

No, not today. The UAE's e-invoicing mandate runs through FTA-accredited service providers on the Peppol network, and Navira does not currently hold that accreditation. In the UAE, Navira is bilingual VAT and accounting software — invoicing, VAT reporting, inventory, multi-company books — not an e-invoicing compliance solution, and we won't tell you otherwise to make a sale.
